The Bannockburn Dinner is a cherished tradition at Emmanuel College, honouring the longstanding relationship between the College and the Society of St Andrew of Scotland Queensland.
This year we celebrated 40 years of hosting Bannockburn Dinner (with the Bannockburn Bursary established in 1969) in a special marquee in the quad, inviting alumni back to campus, alongside residents, staff, Board members and special guests, to celebrate and recognise those individuals who contribute to our community. The event acknowledges students who have demonstrated exemplary service, leadership, and commitment in giving back across a variety of fields, including community, sports, and cultural activities.
After a wonderful evening of celebration on Friday 18 October, we are thrilled to share the 2024 award recipients, including our inaugural Alumni Excellence Award winners. All these residents, present and past, have gone above and beyond to serve and uplift others, embodying the true spirit of Emmanuel College.
