Bursaries

Bursaries are made available to students who face genuine economic obstacles and barriers when it comes to attending or remaining at Emmanuel College, providing them with opportunities they would not otherwise have had. Students must also demonstrate a willingness to be a contributor to the College community.

Bursary funds are allocated on a case-by-case basis, aligned to specific criteria in line with Services Australia’s Centrelink Youth Allowance scheme.

Emmanuel College bursaries are awarded on an annual basis for the duration of an applicant’s academic year; and are not generally awarded by single semester.

• QTAC Educational Access Scheme which helps applicants whose recent study has been impacted by financial or personal challenges.
• Services Australia’s Centrelink Youth Allowance which offers financial help if you are 24 or younger and a student or Australian Apprentice, or 21 or younger and looking for work.
