We’d love to know where you are and what you’re doing.
If we don’t have your current address or email, you can update your contact details online with Alumni Connect. We’ll only use this information to keep you up-to-date with what’s happening at Emmanuel, send you occasional fundraising news, and invite you to College events and reunions.
Don’t forget to connect with Emmanuel College on LinkedIn and Facebook for alumni, too.
If you would like to give back, you can support our students and your College in practical ways, such as offering mentoring and work experience or by making a tax-deductible donation.
Please contact Mary Brown, Alumni Relationships and Engagement Lead at alumni@emmanuel.uq.edu.au with any questions or for assistance.
Our alumni events are an excellent way to stay involved in the life of the College, catch up with your fellow alumni and meet current students.
As part of Emmanuel College’s 50 Years of Women celebrations, we are proud to host Brisbane Girls Grammar School Principal Jacinda Euler Welsh, who will speak on the paradox that has seen traditional institutions thrive, rather than falter, in an era of disruption.
Jacinda will explore why people seek out the anchor of tradition during times of rapid change, and how enduring ‘sandstone’ institutions and businesses can stay relevant while remaining true to their foundations.
Drawing on lessons from education and life, she will reflect on how legacy can be a springboard, rather than a stumbling block, for modern leadership.
