The Emmanuel College Council acts as the governing body for the College and ensures that the affairs of the College are conducted in an efficient, transparent and ethical manner.

Ongoing management of the College is delegated by the Council to the Principal.

The Principal

Appointed by the Emmanuel College Council Professor Stewart Gill, as Principal, is responsible for the overall management and development of the College.

The Emmanuel College Foundation

Working alongside the College Council is the Emmanuel College Foundation established in 1990 as a perpetual charitable public educational trust. The aims of the Emmanuel College foundation are:

  • To enable the preservation, development and improvement of College buildings and facilities
  • To assist in developing academic standards within the College
  • To provide scholarships and bursaries for students.
